Toolkit and Workshop Series on “Digital Learning“

Konnektiv was commissioned to developed a toolkit that presents different digital learning formats and their use cases for the Academy for International Cooperation (AIZ). In order to further develop competencies, the AIZ, the corporate academy for GIZ staff, has begun to focus on using digital learning to improve consulting skills of employees in this sector. This toolkit provides a basis for the different digital learning formats, offers strategies, recommendations, and check-lists for implementation as well as examples of good practices.

Building on the content of the toolkit, Konnektiv developed a workshop series focusing on practical relevance and consulting simulations for the employees.  The workshops were held on the following topics: Introduction to Digital Learning; Classic eLearning; Social relevance, security, data; and Immersive Storytelling: Augmented / Virtual Reality and Digital Learning.
