DiPaP – Digital platform for nursing training<\/h2>\n\n

DiPaP<\/strong>(Digital Platform<\/strong>for Nursing<\/strong>Training<\/strong>with Practice Placement Exchange<\/strong>) is a platform software for coordination centers in nursing training. It is particularly suitable for use at state level. The software was developed in collaboration with the Berlin Senate Department for Science, Health and Care. DiPaP is based entirely on open source. The platform includes the following features: <\/p>\n\n

Exchange groups for know-how<\/h4>\n\n

Exchange groups provide a place where people from the field can meet to share specific problems<\/strong> and pragmatic solutions<\/strong>. Materials<\/strong>, work templates and other aids can be exchanged here. The groups have a forum<\/strong> and an integrated video conference function<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The exchange groups are only accessible to registered persons. The registration procedure for these internal platform areas can be flexibly adapted. This includes invitation, subsequent activation and automatic activation for certain institutions. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

The practical assignment exchange for effective matching<\/h4>\n\n

Care facilities and training centers can expand their cooperation here. They can offer and find placements<\/strong> for nursing trainees in all care areas<\/strong> as well as places for elective placements. This applies to all training courses in accordance with the Nursing Professions Act: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nursing specialist training, nursing assistant training and higher education nursing training.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the same time, nursing schools<\/strong> and training associations can present<\/strong> themselves there in order to be found<\/strong> by new practice facilities.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Range of knowledge and extensive sources of information<\/h4>\n\n

The public area of DiPaP impresses with its extensive formats for presenting documents, appointments and frequently asked questions. The range of knowledge can be filtered according to any taxonomy: as soon as new content is available on certain topics, interested persons can be notified by e-mail. This means you are always up to date without receiving unnecessary notifications or having to visit the platform every day. <\/p>\n\n

KOPA – DiPaP in live use<\/h3>\n\n

The Berlin Coordination Office for Nursing Education (KOPA) has been using DiPaP since 2020. The number of users has risen steadily and it is now impossible to imagine everyday life in Berlin’s nursing schools without it. <\/p>\n\n

To provide an insight into the working methods and methodology of Konnektiv, we have documented the history of DiPaP for the KOPA platform in the following.<\/p>\n\n
